Meet Annie, the founder and owner of SOS. Originally from Ohio, Annie's journey to Texas began with 15 years in outside sales for a global manufacturing company. 

Annie married a Texan and planted her roots in Dallas, becoming a mother to two little girls. She found a love of organization as a mother and running a home, and realized that she has a natural gift for organizing and creating systems to make a home run smoothly. Annie oversees all projects at SOS, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and top-notch organization services. Annie and her team love to share their hard work and creativity in homes around Dallas and beyond!

Our team is passionate about creating lasting systems to improve function in each home we transform. Each SOS team member brings unique talents and all of our team members are background checked, onboarded with detailed training, and attend regular team meetings to learn new and continued processes to help our clients.

The SOS Process

Following the consult, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining our discussion. This proposal will include an estimate detailing labor and product costs broken down by space.






Step 3: Proposal Email 

Following this, expect an email containing further details regarding our services, pricing, and availability.

Step 1: Submit Website Contact Form

Next we'll discuss times that work best for your in-person consultation. Annie or one of our experienced project managers will visit your home to take measurements, discuss your goals, your aesthetic preferences, and your budget. 

Step 2: Schedule a Consult Date

The SOS Process

Our product sourcing is custom curated to your home and style. We choose from several brands to create unique styles and systems that fit your home perfectly!

Step 6: Product Planning

To move forward you can accept the proposal, sign the contract, and complete the deposit. 50% of estimate is required to book an install date.

Step 4: Accepting the Proposal 

After the contract and deposit are received, we work together to pick a day (or days) for your install.

Step 5: Get on our Calendar 

The SOS Process

Prior to Install, you'll be assigned an on-site project manager who will oversee your project, the team, and answer any questions that arise. Your Install Day is where the magic happens as our team arrives with your curated product and supplies, ready to seamlessly transform your space. We bring everything needed to make your vision a reality!

Step 7: Install Day

You will be left with a custom organizational system that is maintainable for years to come. You will be sent a detailed invoice with product and labor breakdown. We accept various forms of payment.
